Our Return Policy
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, we're here to help.
We will only accept returns for items that were damaged during shipping or manufacturing. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at alfajrindiasales@gmail.com or 9495993032 with your order number, photos and package unboxing video of the of the damaged item.
Steps for a Damaged Return:

Contact us within 1 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

We will assess the damage and provide instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive the damaged item, we will process a replacement or a full refund.
Please note: We do not accept returns for any other reason, including a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dislike of the product. All other sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
