ALFAJR INDIA - Product Warranty Policy

At ALFAJR INDIA, we take immense pride in the quality, precision, and craftsmanship of our timepieces. To ensure our customers enjoy complete peace of mind, all genuine ALFAJR products are backed by a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage Period

  • ALFAJR Classic & Sports Watches: 2 Years Manufacturer Warranty

  • All Models of ALFAJR Clocks: 2 Years Manufacturer Warranty

  • ALFAJR 360 & Elegant Watches: 5 Years Manufacturer Warranty

2. What is Covered under Warranty?

This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It ensures the repair or replacement of the internal clock/watch mechanism or movement free of charge within the specified warranty period, provided our technical team verifies the defect.

3. Warranty Exclusions (What is NOT Covered?)

Please note that the warranty strictly does not cover:

  • Physical Damage: Any breakage, cracks, scratches, or physical damages to the glass, case, strap, or body caused after delivery.

  • Misuse: Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, improper handling, or lack of care.

  • Water Damage: Water-related damage unless the model is explicitly certified and specified with water resistance capability.

  • Unauthorized Service: Products that have been opened, serviced, or repaired by unauthorized technicians.

     

    **Shipping & Packaging Charges for Warranty Claims

    • Two-Way Shipping & Logistics: All shipping, transportation, and secure packaging charges required to send the product to our authorized service center, as well as the return shipping charges to send the serviced product back to the customer, must be borne entirely by the customer. ALFAJR INDIA will not be responsible for any transit damages or loss during shipping.
